MedSpa Appointment Policy Notification
At Ageless Esthetics Medspa and Ageless Medspa Winona, your time and care are very important to us. In order to provide the best experience for all of our guests and maintain a smooth schedule for our providers, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies:
Cancellations and No Shows
We understand that life happens! However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
· Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will result in a $50 fee
· Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings
By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing the the no show/cancellation policy
Refunds
· Some services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows.
All service sales and packages are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments or partially used packages.
There is no refund on gift certificate purchases
Children Policy
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of all guests:
· We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
We do not have staff available to supervise children during treatments.
Pet Policy
We love furry friends, but for health and safety reasons:
Pets are not permitted in the treatment areas or lobby, except for certified service animals.
